We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (October–April) and around UAE National Day, Ramadan, and Eid. For large events requiring custom structures, 4–6 weeks is ideal. That said, we do accommodate urgent bookings — contact us and we'll do our best.

Do you offer a free site visit?
Yes, absolutely. For any event in Abu Dhabi, we provide a complimentary site visit where our team assesses the ground surface, access routes, and space constraints. This ensures we recommend the right tent type and configuration for your venue.

What information do I need to provide when requesting a quote?
To give you an accurate quote, we'll need: your event type (wedding, corporate, etc.), expected number of guests, event date and duration, venue location in Abu Dhabi, and any specific requirements such as AC, flooring, or décor. The more detail you share, the faster and more accurate your quote will be.

How long does tent installation take?
Installation time depends on the tent size and type. A standard pagoda or marquee for 100–200 guests typically takes 4–8 hours. Larger clearspan structures or multi-tent setups can take 1–2 days. We always schedule installation well ahead of your event so everything is ready and inspected on time.

What sizes of tents do you offer?
We cater to events of all scales. Our range starts from small 5×5m pagoda tents for intimate gatherings up to massive clearspan halls of 50m+ in width, capable of housing thousands of guests. We can also combine multiple tent modules to create custom configurations for any footprint.
